2024 Watering Leads: Emilie & Jackson

Introducing Emilie Comer!

Emilie hails from Southern California and has been an AmeriCorps CivicSpark Fellow with the South Tahoe Public Utility District (STPUD) for the past ten months.
Emilie is an Environmental Studies and Economics graduate from UC Santa Cruz with experience in bird banding, environmental education and wetlands restoration. Emilie's passion for the environment, service and community engagement shines through her roles as a Water Conservation Educator at STPUD and lead Water Warrior at the SPF.
When not hard at work, Emilie can be found out and about in Nature - either hiking and playing in the mountains or surfing on the coast! We are elated to have her help with summer waterings this year!
